4. Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior caregiving/home care experience (preferred)
  • Ability to perform non-medical duties (companionship, light housekeeping, meals, errands, hygiene assistance)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if transportation is required)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

Aster is an experienced caregiver who believes in treating every resident with dignity, compassion, and kindness. With more than 10 years in caregiving, she is committed to building meaningful relationships with residents and their families while providing quality care with professionalism and heart.
Paige has over a decade of hands-on caregiving experience and takes pride in providing attentive, respectful, and dependable care. Her calm and friendly nature helps residents feel safe and supported, while her strong work ethic ensures families can trust their loved ones are in good hands.
